TMC領導力訓練課程 2013 Fall

計劃目標 Goal:

為青少年提供不同的機會去發掘及發揮他們的潛質與專長。學生不單可以提升自己的專業態度，個人紀律，團隊合作精神，人際關係，組織及領袖技巧，以及學習如何 計劃自己的前途，更可以藉此計劃完成中學畢業要求，即「畢業過渡學習(Graduation Transition)」內的「社區聯繫(Community Connections)」部份。
This program provides opportunities for youth and students to explore their gifts and potentials. Students will be able to develop their professional attitude, personal discipline, team spirit, relational skills, organizational and leadership skills, and to plan for their own future and career through this program, while at the same time fulfill the Community Connections requirement of secondary school's Graduation Transition program.

我們的課程包括培訓學生的領導能力，提供指導和輔導。同時透過學習坊及實習坊兩部分，提供一個安全的學習環境，幫助他們成為成功的領袖。
Our Leadership Program consists of training, mentoring and coaching. Through both the Teaching and Production sessions, we provide a safe environment for student to develop soft skills in career advancement, personal management and interpersonal communication, empowering them to be successful leaders in life.

課程內容加入討論，遊戲，媒體，辯論，或其他形式的互動，以促進學生的學習，包括:
Teaching Session consists of discussion, games, media, debate, and other types of interaction, to stimulate students, includes:

。自我認識及個人成長 Personality and Self understanding
。批判性思維及世界觀 Critical thinking and World view
。傳播和溝通的奧妙 Art of communication

。團隊精神及解決衝突的技巧 Teamwork and Conflict resolution
。表達技巧 Presentation skills
。公開演講技巧 Public speaking

收生資格 Admission Requirements: 


參加者必須 Participants must be
。十班至十二班學生 Grade 10 to 12 High school students
。能操流利廣東話及英語 able to communicate in Cantonese and English fluently

上課時間 Time: Sept 14—Dec 14, 2013
逢星期六 Saturday, 10am—3pm 
費用 Fee: $90 
截止報名日期 Deadline: Sept 7, 2013
只收8位參加者，請從速報名。
Programs are limited to 8 participants.
