ReplyDelete臭豆腐的烹調方式有很多種，油炸，清蒸，燒烤。。等等 不同的地方也有不同的烹調方式／風味。而在香港和台灣最常見的是油炸，也是我最喜歡的--因為實在是太香了〜〜〜〜
油炸的臭豆腐是拿醃製好的豆腐，放進高溫的萬年油炸成金黃色的。比較特別的是在台灣， 每份臭豆腐會附上酸酸甜甜的泡菜。 而這些泡菜是用來紓解哪種油炸膩感。
