JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering the phone, greet guests, provide information, and take messages
- general administration support: photocopying, filing, typing documents, maintaining/updating records, data entry, taking meeting minutes
- Provide bookkeeping support to the administrative staff
- Provide assistance with other projects and initiatives as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral communication and relationship management skills
- Strong minute taking and transcribing skills. Chinese typing skills an asset.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good PC skills (e.g., knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe software). Proficiency on Mac and knowledge on website maintenance are assets.
- Strong written and verbal ability in English. Fluency in Cantonese an asset.

- Design graphics and coordinates printing of marketing collateral as necessary (i.e. Brochures, pamphlets, fact sheets, business cards, thank you cards, advertisements, etc.)
- Organize fundraising activities/events
- Post secondary education in marketing, communications, marketplace, or advertising
- Driven, enthusiastic, and a people person
- Maintain professionalism and integrity while handling sensitive security information
- Knowledge in non-profit sector an asset
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational, communications and problem solving skill
- Strong interpersonal, oral communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to do multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines and think critically
- Proficient on PC and MAC. Creativity and artistic flair are assets
- Strong written and verbal ability in English. Fluency in Cantonese an asset.
